Here is a brief history of each of the years
Confederate Heritage Conference, held on Memorial Day weekend each May in Monroe,
Louisiana. It is a fine time of excellent lectures, fellowship, and great vendors.
Prior to the conference is the annual BBQ picnic and fellowship. Following
the conference is one of the most anticipated parts of the weekend, and that
is the Confederate Ball, where women in their hoop-skirted ball gowns, and
men in period dress, dance the old reels and waltzes to the marvelous sounds
of period music (period dress not required).

information and pictures, where available. Enjoy!
